Ok, so... last night my friend Nate calls me and says "What you doing?" I was working on this game that me and Tiana Nichelle would be playing the next day... He says "I'm coming over, lets go to philly..." ok... so I stopped what I was doing, got dressed, and we drove to philly all crazy... fine...we went to Old City for a second where it was crazy, dumb, stupid crowded... There was maaaaaaaaad people out last night... The whether was perfect...So after we left out of old city, we decided to go down South Street, which I haven't been on in so long... Now, I don't get star struck... I just don't, but as soon as we hit the street from Penns Landing, maybe 4 to 5 stores down, we walk by a group of people taking a picture with a cell phone........at night.....so i'm thinking, this must be a good photo op if you're dumb enough to try and use a cell phone cam at night so as we walk by, I stop... and I was SOOOO JOE!!! cause It Marsha Ambrosius from FLOETRY!!!! You have to understand, she is one of my favorite singers...When people ask, if you ever had the chance to work with any singer after getting established in the music industry, who would it be??? I have FOUR names I always say... Brandy, Marsha A., Yummi Bingham, and Janelle Monae... so for me to meet her I was super excited...I stopped her and said "Excuse me....Marsha??" she said "yes." then i said "You have one of the best voices I've ever heard, you're voice is beautiful, yadda yadda on her dick some more, yadda yadda ya" and she said thank you and i let her go... It was joe but I kept my cool... just glad I shook her hand... and that concludes the first entry of Random Meetings.... Peace Yah2!!!!

So, I'm about a week late posting this, but I wanted to wait... May 17th 2008, I attended the concert of a lifetime... I don't have to see another show again...SO SERIOUS... The Sesquehana Bank Center was packed with a Gillion Bazillion people there to see Lupe,N.E.R.D., Rihanna, and of course Kanye West... With the exception of Rihanna i was excited to see everyone... so, let me break it down from my point of view... on a scale from 1-10... Lupe Fiasco 7.0, N.E.R.D. 9.0, Rihanna 6.5, and Kanye was a 500986.9999!!! Lupe is one of my favorite artists EVER!!! but to me he was kinda boring until his last record...NERD impressed me and killed their whole entire set, and i don't own one NERD album... Rihanna was ok until her last three songs where she started to kill it!! good job Rihanna...by the way during the middle of NERD's set this guys came out of nowhere and started dancing to about two songs...that was a pleasant surprise... Now!! down to the main event!!! The only two things on stage during Ye's show was him and his spaceship Jane His show was like a play with a plot and climax and everything, yeah i know, CRAZY... He couldn't find any more inspiration on Earth, so he gets on his Spaceship and looks for inspiration in the universe... The cool thing is that every song went with the scene in this "PLAY"... he did a few songs like Champion and I wonder...then he crash lands on a planet, where he is the majority of the show...He finds an alien that tries to help him get off using the stars, the "FLASHING LIGHTS" then it doesn't work and he starts falling back down to the planet..."ALL FALLS DOWN"..the cool thing is everything on the screen is showing whats going on through the show, yadda yadda, he's stuck on the planet and thinks he'll never leave, so he has a conversation with God..."Jesus Walks". My favorite part is when "jane" tells him he's the only one strong enough to get off the planet...so he does "STRONGER" which helps the space ship get out of that planet's atmosphere and head back to earth..."HOMECOMING"....it was soooo bangin... and after being on stage alone for almost two hours...He finishes with Touch the sky when Lupe comes back out and the crowd explodes....PEOPLE...listen to me, this is the most EXCITING SHOW OF OUR TIME!!! until someone does better, you HAVE TO SEE THIS.. Michael Jackson of our time....quote me... follow the show... or you'll regret it!!!! Peace Yah

This movie was soooo crazy....its maaaaaad real.... there is NO SCORE....NO MUSIC AT ALL the entire movie!!! action packed, great actors, BUT.... EVERYONE HATES THE ENDING....I did too... but you NEED to see this movie!!

Question??? Where the BROWN girls at... 'F' that, its not my dislike for the worship for "light women" but i ACTUALLY like... LOVE....Black and Brown women... SO... since I'm hitting this subject I present the newest entry to TMBTW....ANIKA NONI ROSE....you probably never knew her name huh?.... she wasn't our favorite dream girl...or our second for that matter, but Dammit, she did her thing and is on her way...

Now, I'm not gonna lie...when i first seen her in the "Dream Girls" flick, I thought to myself, "that girl looks kinda weird". I don't know what it was, she has big big eyes and her mouth isn't shaped like the average person. But my taste in women looks for unique features anyway, so after the first two hours of the movie, I started to notice how beautiful she was, on top of being a great actress... (another great thing about her is...) she actually sang her parts in the movie. Playing third to powerhouse voices like Beyonce and J.Hudson you'd expect an actor/actress to be super intimidated huh?...well thats baning that she did sing, i'm glad i found that out... well, look out for this young talented beautiful women in the future, I predict we'll be seeing her and many more "Brown girls" doing their thing very soon... Yah "Hates the Weight"

I'm officially on my sh** now with trying to get this weight off all crazy... the reason I'm putting it in my blog is because...people tend to quit things when they keep it to themselves because there's no one around to criticize them... So I'm on my super duper exercise/diet/"don't ask me to eat that B.S. with you... So I'm going to jump into conspiracy-man like I tend to do from time to time...and say........ It seems like the food industry is pushing fatty food like cocaine....what did Frank Lucas do with his "product" even though it was more potent the competition.....(SOLD IT FOR A CHEAPER PRICE) ... Now... is it a coincidence that Any fresh,healthy, organic food that you try to buy costs from $10 - $30...sometimes even higher... Then after all of that running around searching for good organic food...(because these things aren't in the front displays) you have to go home, cook it, prepare it, whatever...then eat... Very time consuming and expensive. People have to work, have places to go and all that sh**... So what do you do when you have a few bucks and little to no time... you go to your nearest...and I mean nearest...(everywhere) fast food place pull out ONE DOLLAR!!!! and buy some sh** that looks like this...(its made already....its cheap....you eat this crap while you drive...then you're on your way)... $1 compared to $20, 1 minute in line compared to 30 minutes cooking over a hot stove...Winner...McWendysKing!! this is sick!! and i'm tired of it.. all crazy... So....this is super duper waaaay over do... But the newest entry that probably should've been first is KERRY Washington..First of all...I'm gonna admit, that I NEVERRR seen her until Ray came out, my first reaction was "WHO IS THAAAAAAAAAAAAT!!!!" I never seen her ealier movies like Save the last dance and all that chocolatey goodness... Speaking of chocolatey goodness..I want to break down why I put her as this entry... 1. Look at her, she's a beautiful women, who I actually consider a good actress 2. she looks kinda weird (those who know me, know I like women that look different) and she has a big forehead and her upper lip is huge...thats bangin to me, don't ask 3. She gets respectable roles, unlike Lisa Raye, with her wack movies 4. and I like the way she talks when she's doing interviews, she speaks proper 5. last but not least she was the main character in "SHE HATE ME".....If you're a dude....and never seen this movie.... you're wil'in!!!!!!!

YaYa's Fifth Theory on "Why we're in the Future": the death of writing letters in the mail

Think about the last thing you mailed out...It was probably a package, a present, or something of that kind...When was the last time that you wrote a letter and mailed it off just because you wanted to tell someone something... Recently I've been sending things in the mail alot, but sending and receiving letters in the mail is pretty cool to me right now, because first off, no one does this anymore... The thought that gets put into this process, writing, getting the sources, buying a stamp, going to the mailbox, thats a lot, so to me, the thought put into it shows that you're serious about your message inside the note... have you ever openened an envelope, that smelled like someone's perfume or cologne...? that is soooo bangin.... Look, we're in 08' true... emails are awesome, blogging sites are cool, instant messages are ..... instant, but nothing is more memorable than a mailed, sealed, written letter, Get to it!!!! WE'RE IN THE FUTURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
